Lightwell is a photography platform that allows photographers to create, customize, and share photo galleries with clients. Our service includes photo hosting, gallery management, client delivery tools, and related features.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your content before account deletion
